Respecting each other's time

General

All massages therapy treatments are done with full sheet draping.

Kineticare Massage Therapy will not treat minors without parental or guardian consent. In addition, a parent or guardian must remain in the room with the minor at all times.

At this time, Kineticare accepts payment in cash or personal check in our office, credit cards online via Paypal. Payment must be made in full before your session begins. Gratuities are not required but are always greatly appreciated. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.

Intake forms are required on all new clients including a health history (and for returning clients having any changes since their last appointment). Please notify us of any health concerns and/or conditions when making your appointment. In some cases, a doctor's written approval for massage may be required.

Missed Appointments

When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. We never double book and we try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time.

Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when they deliver a service... therefore missed appointments are costly for us and prevent us from catering to other clients.

That said, our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
